What do you plan to give up this Lent?

Give up an unhealthy lifestyle with One Medicare’s help

We are inviting you to attend Sheffield City GP Health Centre for a health check to see if you can improve your health during the 40 days of Lent from 17th February 2010 to 4th April 2010.

What does the health check involve?
• A questionnaire about current lifestyle and family history
• Height and weight measurement
• Blood pressure check
• Instant cholesterol test
• Instant blood sugar test if required

You will also receive a free bag of fruit and information on how to get healthy.

We will be running these health checks from 15th – 21st February 2010 and then at the end of Lent from 1st – 7th April 2010 to see if your health results have improved.

Can you improve your health in 40 days? Come down to Sheffield City GP Health Centre and find out.

Sheffield City GP Health Centre is open 8:00am – 8:00pm, seven days a week, 365 days a year, offering NHS Health Care to everyone.

Hi everyone,

The phone number for Sheffield City GP Health Centre is 0114 241 2700, NOT 0114 271 2700 as I originally put.
